Do I need previous experience to start?
No. We welcome complete beginners. Our classes are designed to help you build confidence, fitness, and technique from day one.
What should I wear for my first class?
For your first session, wear comfortable sports clothing (shorts & t-shirt). If you wish to purchase a gi, speak to a coach.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes. We offer a free trial class so you can experience the training before committing to a membership.
Where are you located?
We train in Church Village & Llantrisant, and our classes are suitable for people across the surrounding areas including Pontypridd and Cardiff.
